What are -Boards?
• -Boards are beautifully inlaid wooden boards with official FIDE tournament-size squares (55 x 55 mm)
• The boards are only 18 mm thick, same as a regular chessboard
• Patented innovative sensor technology uniquely registers both the identity (type and colour) and the location of each piece
• Internal memory to record chess games (stores up to 500 moves)
• -Boards connect to the computer via Bluetooth, USB. Tournament e-Boards connect to the computer via Serial Port using cables or the wireless DGT Caïssa System.
• Various handcrafted Classic Staunton type electronic wooden chess pieces sets are available, at official tournament size (king height 95mm / 3.75")
• The DGT3000 chess clock, and its predecessor the DGT XL, connect to the boards
• When playing against internet opponent or chess programs the opponent's moves are shown on the clock's display
• Free LiveChess software available to manage tournament boards for live broadcasting via the internet
How can the -Boards be used?
-Boards have many applications in tournament use as well as home use, club use, chess academy use etc.

• Use the board to automatically store the games played on it in the internal board memory for later retrieval in PGN format for publication or analysis purposes
