II. Dellivery

  • We are sending around the World. Costs of shipment depends on country of destination and weight of package. Costs of shipment will be adapted to your order and postal code during making an order.
  • We are sending by Post Office and courier’s companies like DPD, UPS, GLS. Method of shipment depends on country and weight of order.
  • Orders to EU countries usually are sent by courier’s companies. Orders to other countries are sent by Post Office.
  • Time of expectation for delivery depends on country.  
  • Orders are shipped approximate 2-3 working days after receiving a payment.
    We are working Monday-Friday and shipment can be provided only in these days.
  • We kindly inform, that because of big assortment, there is possibility that some of products will be not available. We will inform you if there will be any problems with avaibillity of ordered products. 
    Before order you can write an e-mail, we will confirm avaibillity of products.
  • We are sending only after payment. In case of receiving your payment status of your order will change into “processing in progress”.
  • After shipment status of your order will changed into “shipped”. You will be also informed about shipment and tracking number of your package by an e-mail.
  • In case of not receiving an e-mail with tracking number please feel free to write an e-mail or message on facebook to Caissa Chess Shop.


Attention!!

All sent by Us products are new and in perfect shape and condition. In case when dellivered package will be damaged, creased, with holes etc. please check content accurately. If products are demaged, please make a complaint to courier.
This is principle to accepting the complaint and exchange the products for new ones.

III. Payment

Payment can be made in few several ways.

During making an order you can choose: PayPal, DotPay, Bank Transfer.

IV. Prices and warrianty

  • Prices on our website have all taxes included.
  • In case of bigger order you can write an e-mail. There is possibility that we will prepare a special offer especially for you.
  • Prices given on the website are changing. There is possibility that promotions, offers, prices and products will change. In case of order, client will receive the prices from the day of order.
  • Every bought product has 24 months warranty. Warranty doesn’t include mechanic demages. 

 

V. Returns

1. Every consumer has right to return products within 14 days. Before returning client has to inform a seller about decision to withdraw of selling contract by making a statement. To do it client has possibility to use special form or write simple statement on e-mail: sklep@caissa.pl
After informing a seller, costumer will receive the confirmation of acceptance of statement.

2. To return products every consumer has 14 days counted from the day of receiving a package. To keep the deadline enough is to inform a seller within those 14 days. Products can be delivered to seller later, but not later then 14 days since making the statement.

4. Client can return whole order or only part of it. You can’t return part of products which are integrally connected with other parts.

5. Seller return money for products as fast as it’s possible but not more then 14 days after receiving products back. Money will be return the same way as they have been paid.

To receive return of whole amount paid for products, client should return products without any damages. Client takes responsibility of reduction in value of product because of wrong packing during returning or incorrect using effecting on damages or traces of use.

Costs of returning (packing, shipment etc) are not refundable.

7. Consumer can’t return computer programs if it has been opened by him.  

8. In case of returning a package because of wrong address giving seller by client costs of shipment and returning are not refundable. The same situation is if package has been returned because client didn’t pick it up despite of receiving tracking number and information about name of courier’s company.

VI. Complaints.

1. Seller is subject to the obligation of dellivering products without any defects. All products selled by Caissa Chess Shop are new and not used.

2. In case when product has a defect, client has a right to make a complaint. There is two types of defects: physical and law. (Physical defect is discordance of products with description or seller promises.Law defect means that products belows to someone else or someone else has right to use it etc.)

4. In case of complaint, client has a right to ask for one of 4 options:

a) changing the product for new one

b) fixing the product

c) lowering the price

d) returning the product (in case when defect effects on impossibility of using)

 
If method chosen by consumer is to expensive comparing to others seller has a right to not accept this ask and choose different way.

5. In case of complaint seller has to remove the defect as fast as it’s possible but not later then 14 days after complaint.

6. Complaint can be made in every form. For evidential purposes, please make a complaint in the written way – describe a defect and your ask on e-mail: sklep@caissa.pl. Client will receive a confirmation of receiving the complaint. Seller has 14 days to make a decision to accept complaint or not.

7. Free products added to package as gratis are not suspect to complaint.

VII. Privacy

The personal data provided to us is processed by FUH Caissa, 67-120 Kożuchów, ul. 22 Lipca 1807 12 C, NIP: 925-172-74-54, for the purposes of carrying out the tasks of our store, which consists in the realisation of orders and sending the newsletter in the e-mail version, if the customer agrees.

 

Client is obligated to read these terms and condition of use. In case of order it will be treated as an acceptation of these rules.
